How much does your service cost?

Better Credit, Better Living is now affordable for everyone and the best part is that you can try it absolutely FREE for 30 days. Here’s how this works. The service starts with a 30 day free trial. If you choose to continue past the 30 days the billing cycle will be $99.95 per month. It’s that easy and if you need to stop service for any reason you may do so with no penalties.

How long does it take to see an improvement in my credit scores?

Better Credit, Better Living is the most effective program available for getting and keeping a better credit score. We recently studied the results of our program and here is what we found: On average, individuals saw an overall increase to their credit scores of 75 points or more in four months. For some it can be sooner than four months and some longer than four months, but we will say this; our program will certainly improve your credit scores or we will return all your money after 90 days if we fail to deliver results.

How am I billed?

Payments are arranged to be automatically drafted every 30 calendar days. So lets say this: you sign up on the 6th of the month. You pay nothing at first (remember the whole FREE trial thing) and then choose to continue on with the program. Your first bill would be due on the 6th of the following month and then the 6th of each month thereafter until you feel ready to end the program. Super simple!

Is there a money back guarantee?

You bet. We will keep this straight to the point. If you see zero results in the first 90 days and you’d like to complete services we will return every dollar spent. That’s right, all your money goes right back to you no questions asked.

I just signed up. What happens next?

Your program will begin right away. Within the first 24 hours, you will be contacted (with your permission of course) by a professional credit advisor. These are the folks who are just like you. At one point in time, they wanted a better credit score and went through this exact program. They shared an interest in wanting to help others do the same. They have been professionally certified and trained by us to help guide you. They will assist you with everything from setting - up your credit monitoring to reviewing your credit reports with you. They will go over the basics of the program including all the fun do’s and don'ts, and send out your first round of letters to the credit reporting companies. They will be your program partner the entire way through. Their main goal is to help you succeed so you can live better with better credit.

How does the free trial work?

Let’s make this easy. You choose to begin the program. You may try it out risk-free for 30 calendar days. If you choose to continue then your program will be month - to - month until you feel completely satisfied with the outcome. If you choose to stop the program after the first 30 days you pay nothing.

 

What should I do if I get any mail related to my involvement in the program?

 

There are two things you can choose to do with any mail that you may receive as part of the credit repair process.

 

  1. You may email those documents to our secure email hub where they will be processed and attached to your internal account with us. The email address to use is securedocs@offmycredit.com

  2. You may call, text, or email your dedicated credit advisor and send the documents directly to them.

How do I see my credit score updates?

There are a few places to see all credit score updates. Credit scores will update monthly.

 

  1. Your private Off My Credit customer portal. The portal is created for everyone who signs up for services. 

  2. Your preferred credit monitoring provider. Most of our clients choose to monitor their credit with Credit Karma (FREE) or IdentityIQ(small fee).

 

Off My Credit will also provide monthly score updates and answer any questions you may have. Your professional credit advisor is there to guide you to success.


 

Am I required to add any third party products to help my credit score?

 

No third party products will ever be required as part of the Better Credit, Better Living program. There are some products that may be recommended based on their ability to help increase credit scores

How do lifetime disputes work?

This is probably one of the coolest perks of having the Better Credit, Better Living program. After you have completed your program you have Off My Credit in your back pocket at all times. Let’s say that 2 years later something negative shows up on your credit report and damages your credit scores. We will challenge the accuracy of validity of that time with the credit reporting companies for FREE. You read that right. We will charge you nothing to make sure that the negative item is reported correctly or we will demand it’s removal from your credit reports. This resource is available to you for life.

Do I have to pay any money upfront?

Nope. Never. Start for FREE and try it out for 30 days.

Can I pause the program?

Absolutely. We know that things come up from time to time. If you ever need to temporarily pause the program just let us know 2 weeks in advance. We will review your most current round of dispute results with you and collect any balance of monies owed. We will then pause the program for you. You may resume when you’re ready.

 

Please note that any pause greater than 60 days would require a new signed plan agreement. If the pause were to be less than 60 calendar days then the program would resume right away and billing would fall in line with the original billing date.
